Alishan High Mountain Oolong
Fig | Pistachio | Toffee
Grown at elevations of 1,000–1,600 meters on the misty slopes of Alishan Mountain in Chiayi, Taiwan, this iconic oolong is crafted from the Qing Xin cultivar and hand-picked during the spring and winter harvests. Light oxidation preserves its natural freshness while enhancing its signature richness.
This tea brews into a golden liquor with a creamy, full-bodied texture. Expect smooth, comforting notes of fig, pistachio, and toffee, balanced by delicate floral tones and a mellow sweetness that lingers.
Comforting, balanced, and full-bodied, Alishan Oolong is a classic high mountain tea, inviting and harmonious, with a soft, rounded profile that makes it perfect for both everyday enjoyment and special moments.
