Grown in the high mountain region of Shan Lin Xi in Nantou, Taiwan, this Bamboo Fragrance oolong is naturally scented through the terroir of nearby bamboo forests, where the roots of bamboo trees and tea shrubs intertwine. Lightly oxidized and carefully crafted, it preserves a fresh, airy profile while developing a soft, aromatic complexity shaped by its unique environment.

This tea brews into a pale honey gold liquor with a milky, smooth texture. Expect delicate notes of orchid and honey, layered with a clean bamboo freshness and a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate.

Light, calming, and refreshing, Bamboo Fragrance Oolong offers a soft, rounded profile with a sweet, lingering finish, making it ideal for everyday enjoyment and quiet, mindful moments.

Brewing Recommendations:

Western:
2 g. | 250 ml | 90-95°C (195-203°F) |  3–4 min

Gongfu:
5 g. | 100 ml | 90-95°C (195-203°F) | 30-35 sec (1st), +10 sec

Cold Brewing: 
4 g. | 500 ml | 8 - 24 hours in the refrigerator 

Notes:

Western Brewing:
Longer steep times, fewer infusions (1-2).

Gongfu Cha:
Short steeps with multiple infusions (5-8+) Increase steeping time gradually.

Cold Brewing: 
Long steep times in the refrigerator, fewer infusions (1-2).
