Da Yu Ling High Mountain Oolong

Osmanthus     |     Butter     |     Sweet Corn

Grown at over 2,000 meters in Taiwan’s highest and most exclusive tea growing region, Da Yu Ling Oolong is crafted from the Qing Xin cultivar and hand-picked during the cool spring and winter harvests. The high elevation, misty air, and slow leaf growth result in a tea of exceptional purity and finesse.

Lightly oxidized and expertly processed, this tea brews into a vibrant golden-green liquor with a bright, elegant body. Expect layered notes of osmanthus, lilac, sweet corn, and a hint of stone fruit, all carried by a soft, creamy texture and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Rare, elegant, and intricately layered, Da Yu Ling offers a refined experience with aromatic depth and lasting clarity. A true gem of Taiwan’s high mountains, perfect for those who appreciate nuance, elevation, and expert craftsmanship in every sip.
