Dong Ding Oolong (Medium Roast Oolong)
Raisin | Toast | Almond
Grown on the misty slopes of Dong Ding Mountain in Nantou County, Taiwan, this classic oolong is made from the prized Qing Xin cultivar and crafted using traditional roasting methods. Hand-harvested and medium-oxidized, it reflects generations of Taiwanese tea-making expertise.
The tea brews a golden amber liquor with warm, honeyed tones, offering comforting notes of roasted almond, raisin, and toast, with a delicate hint of magnolia. Its medium roast enhances depth without overpowering its natural smoothness and floral lift.
Comforting, classic, and well-rounded, Dong Ding is a nostalgic yet timeless tea, perfect for both seasoned tea lovers and newcomers. A mellow, gently warming cup ideal for daily enjoyment or moments of quiet reflection.
