Shan Lin Xi High Mountain Oolong
Gardenia | Roasted Marshmallow | Honey Dew
Grown at 1,300–1,800 meters in the cool, misty highlands of Nantou County, Taiwan, this oolong is made from the Qing Xin cultivar and hand-picked with care. Lightly oxidized, it captures the purity of its mountain environment while offering a vibrant yet grounded character.
This tea brews a bright golden-orange liquor with a fresh floral aroma. Expect a lively profile of gardenia, honeydew melon, and roasted marshmallow, with hints of nuttiness and a smooth, clean finish. Crisp yet comforting, it’s a beautifully balanced cup.
Bright, expressive, and refreshingly clean, Shan Lin Xi Oolong reflects both the clarity of high elevation and the warmth of expert roasting. A dynamic tea with uplifting energy, perfect for peaceful mornings or thoughtful sipping.
