Shan Lin Xi (Medium Roast Oolong)

Dried Apple     |     Caramel     |     Roasted Barley

Grown in the misty highlands of Shan Lin Xi, Taiwan, this medium-roasted oolong is crafted from the prized Qing Xin cultivar and skillfully roasted to bring out its natural complexity. Hand-picked and traditionally processed, it reflects the harmony of elevation, leaf, and fire, balancing roasted depth with mountain clarity.

The tea brews an amber liquor with golden highlights, offering smooth, full-bodied notes of lychee, date, and smoked oak, accented by gentle hints of roasted barley and caramel. The roast enhances sweetness without overwhelming the tea’s inherent freshness and floral lift.

Refined, warming, and layered, Shan Lin Xi Medium Roast is a contemplative cup that captures the essence of Taiwan’s high-mountain terroir. Its clean finish and toasty richness make it ideal for everyday indulgence or slow, mindful sipping.
