Grown in the high mountain region of Shan Lin Xi in Nantou, Taiwan, this Unroasted Gui Fei Oolong is shaped by natural leafhopper interaction, which brings out its signature honeyed sweetness and layered aromatics. Lightly oxidized and left unroasted, it preserves a vibrant, expressive character that highlights both floral clarity and evolving complexity.

This tea brews into a honeyed gold liquor with a medium, smooth texture. Expect fragrant notes of gardenia and fresh pear, interwoven with soft bamboo undertones that shift and unfold across each infusion.

Brewing Recommendations:

Western:
2 g. | 250 ml | 85-95°C (185-203°F) | 3–4 min

Gongfu:
5 g. | 100 ml | 85-95°C (185-203°F) | 30-35 sec (1st), +10 sec 

Cold Brewing:
4 g. | 500 ml | 8 - 24 hours in the refrigerator 

Notes:

Western Brewing:
Longer steep times, fewer infusions (1-2).

Gongfu Cha:
Short steeps with multiple infusions (5-8+) Increase steeping time gradually.

Cold Brewing: 
Long steep times in the refrigerator, fewer infusions (1-2).
