Shanlinxi High Mountain Oolong:

Tie Guan Yin (Medium Roasted Oolong):

This roasted version of the famous Iron Goddess oolong balances boldness with elegance. Look for bright, juicy notes of peach layered over an earthy base of iron, and a slight caramel sweetness developed through slow, careful roasting. It’s a classic tea with a long and satisfying finish.

Red Oolong:
Deep, fruity, and richly oxidized.
Grown in the rolling mountains of Luye, this rare tea is oxidized to around 80% straddling the line between oolong and black tea. Medium roasting further enhances its complexity, resulting in a vibrant cup with notes of raspberry, caramel, and hints of cacao. Its full body and long, smooth finish make it a standout for those who enjoy depth, warmth, and fruit-forward teas.
